After his own hard-fought transformation, Craig has spent over a decade helping clients around the world break destructive cycles, strengthen self-leadership, and create lives they can be proud of.

Michelle Perra, co-founder of The Mindful Habit®, helps shape the heart, vision, and experience behind the work. Together, Craig and Michelle are committed to helping people create meaningful change at home, at work, and within themselves.

Their work blends lived experience, behavior change, practical tools, and personal accountability into a framework designed for real, lasting transformation.

Craig's Story

Craig Perra knows what it feels like to be trapped in destructive cycles. Once a high-performing executive with a promising career, he nearly lost everything — his job, his marriage, his health, and his sense of self — to addiction and self-sabotage.

Through his own transformation, Craig discovered something life-changing: addiction and destructive habits are rarely the real problem. More often, they are symptoms of deeper pain, unmet needs, and patterns of thinking and behaving that quietly run our lives.

That realization became the foundation of The Mindful Habit®, the system Craig has used for over a decade to help clients around the world break free from addiction, destructive habits, and the shame that keeps them stuck.

But Craig also saw something bigger: the same principles that help a person heal addiction can help any leader break the hidden patterns that limit performance, damage relationships, and erode self-trust.

That’s why Craig and Michelle have expanded this work beyond addiction alone. Through Patterns of Power, they help people strengthen self-leadership, break destructive patterns, and create more disciplined, consistent, HAPPY and aligned lives.
